I interviewed at Commscope, the process took about a month. I was contacted the next day of my application to set up a day for a phone screen. The first round is more about going through your resume and learning about the company. I got contacted for a second interview 2 weeks later after following up. The second interview was more technical with a VP and an Analyst and lasted 45 minutes. The first 20 minutes was questions about the resume and the last 25 minutes was a case question. They used a software for the conference call and the audio quality was not the best. After following up a week later, I found out that I was not selected. Definitely follow up with this company
