fast and easy interview, was with a partner of CDG during the interview, the whole interview was led by CDG, asking most of the questions during my interview, the manager seems like did not read my resume in advance prior to the interview, as such seems like he was not prepared for the interview.

Traditional mindset company. Prior to interview, will let you fill up a bunch of test and disclaimer form.
The process of interview was demeaning as it felt like the hiring manager wants to dig more trade secret and information. Other than which, both the HR & Hiring manager are rather political and judgmental based on their expression & body language.
Despite following up the interview from time to time, no one bother to reply to email and call. Such a waste of time if you don’t want to hire.
