I applied for Comcast a few months ago and a recruiter contacted me about 3 weeks ago and asked if I was still interested and to reapply then contact him again. So I reapplied and took the tests (The hardest test was a timed mechanical test) which included Mechanical and standard Physiological job tests. I then contacted the recruiter and he asked a bunch of questions and explained all the requirements (Phone call took about 30 minutes). He then set up a interview for the next week. I showed up at the interview to find out there were 15 people there (I later found out they were hiring about 14 people but interviewing about a hundred). During the interview our group was explained the job requirements, watched a video, and we were shown a van and equipment that Comm techs are issued. Then we started individual interviews. My interview was 1 on 1, some were 2 on 1. I was asked some questions from a sheet of paper then was told they would get back to me. The next day I got a call to submit a background check and drug test (which were both time sensitive and had to complete within 24 hours). I submitted both and got the drug test results (passed) the following day. Now today is 12 days after the background check and I called my contact and was told that I would be receiving the offer letter in a couple of days and that I got the job. Once I get the offer letter I will start training in a month.

I started with app online, about 2 weeks later recruiter called to see if I was still interested, set me up for a phone interview for next day, very easy interview, I was then set up for online test very easy test, I found out the next day and passed, I was then set up with a face to face interview with 2 hiring managers, they were super cool, and made me feel comfortable during my interview, about a week after my interview, I found out I was hired, depending if I passed my background and drug test, which only took about a week to clear, and I started the Next class!
