I had a phone interview with the recruiter who helped me narrow down which positions I might enjoy and be well suited for, then I was scheduled for panel interviews for each position. Typically each position had two panels, upper and lower management. The interviews seemed to focus more on whether or not I would be a good cultural fit, my resume made it clear that I had the skills. Comcast has a very close and collaborative culture, so it is important that they hire the right people to fit the culture.

Phone interview with internal recruiter. Once this was completed, I met with 3 members of management for team that I was meant to work with. Once this was complete I met with three VP's at their Center City office.
