I went through 3 interviews. 1st one was a phone interview and the 2nd and 3rd were both video interviews. Entire process took about 2 weeks and the start date was about a month after that.

Name a time were you had to deal with an angry customer and how did you deal with it?
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
