Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) en ene 2012
Entrevista
Quick informal chat. Very friendly. Was very surprised how non technical it was. Very low pressure. The time from first contact to offer was a bit longer than average I'd say, but compensation for an intern was very fair. The on boarding process is a bit excessive for an intern, but this is pretty standard practice at an organization of this size. For interns who want to get an interview I highly suggest reaching out to the campus recruiting office and shooting an email with your resume and a brief message. When I initially applied I was very qualified for the position, but I suppose my resume was lost in the automated process. I directly emailed campus recruiting with my application details and within 2 days I received a request for an interview. They are very friendly and since their HQ is in a very large college city they actively outreach to potential candidates. They'll remember your name and say hello in the elevator... which is pretty impressive considering they have 100s of interns and new hires to manage.
Not too many rounds, but I was asked questions like "tell me about a time when," at every round. They mainly seemed to be looking for impacts being made and results.

Tell me about a time when you implemented an idea.
It was an Online assessment which had unlimited attempts. Four questions where you self recorded yourself. Questions were about why you want to work there, what you bring, tell me about yourself, why are you interested.

Very easy process. Hirevue then an HR screener. Two interviews: one with the hiring manager and one with director. All behavioral and expected questions (TMAY, challenge you’ve faced, list competitors)
