I had an initial screening with Talent Acquisition and then four interviews: one with the hiring manager, two with colleagues of the hiring manager, and final one with a key stakeholder of the organization. This process was slightly shorter than other Comcast interviews that led to my being hired. For example, a previous opportunity required seven separate interviews over the course of two months. While I can appreciate a full vetting in spirit, these hoops exemplify a lack of trust and empowerment in decision-making , which makes it impossible to be nimble and efficient at work.
