The interview was brief, they mostly asked questions about strong employment history. They asked questions about scenarios in a job such as sales techniques etc . The woman was pleasant and is just attempting to read you personality. so smile as you talk and prepare at least 20 minutes prior to the phone interview. If they call unexpected reschedule. Also have your resume in front of you.

the most difficult question was, how did you offer good when faced with the customers knowledge of a competitiors product?
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
