Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Elmhurst, IL) en jun 2010
Entrevista
Comcast web page to apply is not user friendly unable to return once logged in. No assistance from customer service/help desk. You will receive an email asking to attend a presentation for 3 hours then given a contact and asked to return for interview. Contact was a no show my appointment at 1:30 pm, did not leave until 5pm met with Direct Sales Supervisor and MUS Supervisor with a list of 10 questions. Very rude answering there cell phone during the interview. Huge waste of time will not give you any feedback on the interview or how many jobs are available.
Interview with a 2 manager panel. Managers split the service area by teams. One manager over one half of the DSR team, the other covering the other team. Interview was standard questions around previous work experiences and situations.

First,Interviewed by a Comcast contractor via telephone. Second interview was via Microsoft Chat room, where one of the interviewers interviewed me w/o showing her face on the screen, said she was camera shy! Extremely unprofessional. After working Direct Sales and earning over 100,000 a year and accolades from previous sales positions. I am told I am not qualified!! I would say save yourself the time to apply. Job entails door to door sales in rain, sleet, snow, freezing cold and heat waves. A bit dangerous for women, as you will be walking in pitch black alone!!
