Intital "open call" presentation of opportunity, which included a brief interview with managment team. Second interview with hiring manager followed by an HR interview. Offer was made contingent upon drug screen and background check. Scheduled for orientation and offer letter presented at that time.

Long - non transparent. After Initial phone screen from HR hiring manager called me for one on one. Was told to hold tight for second interview from another manager which took over a month for them to reach out.
After that did not hear back - no email for 6 months. Even after first manager said I want you on my team just have to move someone else out.
