Entrevista
I had two interviews, one with my future boss and the other with his boss. My boss was more interested in whether I'd be manageable while his boss was interested in my experience.

They didn't really ask me any challenging questions, just whether I had phone, internet and television experience. I had some so it seemed okay.
I got a call about three weeks after applying from a HR rep to schedule an interview. The HR reps were great. After ~30 minute phone interview, which felt more like an informal conversation than anything, they fit me in as soon as possible for my second interview with a hiring manager, which I would say lasted ~45-55 minutes. I was moved on to the third interview with the director, which was only ~30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, professional and friendly.
Was a very bad experience. No follow ups, unorganized, no communication. Surprised to learn how they don’t communicate and leave you hanging. Then another recruiter reached out for a follow up and did not show up to the remote interview

Got a call last week to set interview. The recruiter could not get local manager on what date. Recruiter told me to call him back Monday. Looked in email Monday says job has been canceled. Called the recruiter just to get info and ghosted me. WTF. Very unprofessional start.
