Entrevista
Three part process seems pretty common. Initial phone contact and screening, entrance interview followed by hiring interview. Both interviews were about 30 minutes long.
Nothing particularly difficult about the interviews; however the finial interview seemed to be more technically driven. About half of the questions seemed to be about providing technical support to customers.

Can you describe a time when you faced an unfamiliar technical problem with a frustrated customer and how did you resolve it.

I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
