I applied online. I was given a call in 3-4 weeks to schedule a phone interview with the manager. On the scheduled time, the manager called and explained mostly about the job and what they're looking for. Based on my experience and knowledge, the job was perfectly suited for me. He even told me I have been the best candidate till now. I was expecting a positive reponse. But did not get to the next round.
Does not allow H1 candidate if H1 is not valid for more than 3 years
So i was not qualified for interview process.
Better luck for you guys. Try if you have 3 and more year's of H1 left
