3 step process. One phone interview, one face-to-face with Manager and one face-to-face with Manager and Area Manager. Very straight forward questions pertaining to sells and customer service. You will be invited into a retail store during regular business hours. The interview will be held in a private area in the back.

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation
