Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Cincinnati, OH) en mar 2017
Entrevista
Phone interview followed by in person. Phone with HR lasted less than 30 mins. In person interview 1 hour with tour of facility. Interview was very good, hiring manager very informative of culture and job duties. The HR rep was the Achilles heel in process. Very cold and did not call back after repeated left messages for several weeks. Offer was on low end of their job scale for position. I countered 2x and they refuse to negotiate. I did not accept low-ball offer. If they would have negotiated I would have accepted. No negotiation proves they are a body shop. No thanks

Tell me about yourself? What are your career goals? What attracts you to this job?
It was pretty straight forward. One meeting with an executive and two meetings with hiring managers/team back to back that were an hour long. The second round was a series of questions about my background and scenarios.
