Personal Interview at the office. Interview was good and combination of technical questions and soft skills . Technical questions was not too much. Lots of leadership questions. People usual ask questions on subjects they are expert on. They also ask questions on subjects then dont know the answer.

manager interview. in hr round, the screener will validate your experience in the previous role. tech review, one technical person will assess your skills

Face to face interview. Was asked about past experience pressed for details about my specific contributions. Was asked questions about programming concepts. Then I was given a programming problem to solve.
The programming part was monitored by one of their highly regarded programmers. He was fair and pleasant during the process.
