I was invited to apply for the position by H/R. This was the third invitation I had received. I sent them my resume and they asked me to complete an assessment that evaluated things I preferred over others. It also covered to what degree I liked or disliked different activities and to rate my skill level on many activities. I was then invited to a face-to-face interview with two managers. They questioned how I handled situations in previous jobs looking for my skill level in sales, knowledge of the sales process and if I would be able to preform to job standards. I was informed through email that I was being offered the position if I passed a drug test and a background check. The drug test results were reported in two days the background check took a couple of weeks. The only thing I didn't like was that between each step there was almost no communication and I am used to being informed by the employer as to progress as it happens.
