Interview Process is very smooth. Three rounds of interview. Hr, coding, managerial and finally there will be security clearance interview.
To clear final round security clearance the condition the company having is you need to be in Sweden since 5 years.
As a international master student. I didn't fullfill that requirement.
one phone call where they ask what your looking for and who you are, another longer interview with recruiter and line manager with deeper questions, and last interview with two people who will either work with or will be you boss

I have applied for software developer role in Telecom domain, Interview Process was quite straight forward consists of 5 rounds in total, Phone call, skype HR round, Technical round with manager, programming round, security round (since combitech is part of SAAB). The whole interview process took around 4 weeks .
