Phone screen and then in-person interviews. ( 3 one on ones) Everyone I spoke with seemed to be sugarcoating the company and the job much more so than I would have expected based on interviews at other companies. (huge red flag)

How well do you cope with frequent changes? (In retrospect, this should have been a major red flag. The company seems to be shifting strategic direction frequently and without rhyme or reason) They've been owned by a private equity firm for the past several years which suggests to me that the company could be on the market soon.
