The initial interview was 30 minutes long with one individual. She gave me additional information about the company and specific role, then asked me questions about my experience with clinical intakes and providing resources to clients as well as risk assessments.

Multiple rounds of interviews. Interview with recruiter first. 2 Panel interviews. Different questions mostly surrounding safety. Not much disclosed about the actual day to day operations of your role. Offered a position and accepted.
Interviews were fast. They asked the basic questions and wanted to about experience with crisis assessment. Straight to the point, however, they didn’t really give great detail about what the position entails.
