The process is different for each department, in the computer science department the applications are made online. You need to answer a few basic questions online about your previous teaching experience and why you want to be a TA. You also need to submit a list of wishes for the for the classes you want to TA.

Easy to do, need to be prepared and show your passion about the position. Make sure you bring good questions to the interview. Make sure you have done research about the professors and lecturers. Know the subject

I had a decent experience with the interviewers, even though they seemed somewhat unfocused. They were friendly and approachable, which made the conversation pleasant despite the lack of concentration tho.
Questions are most easy. Just go through the experience on your resume and introduce yourself (tell me about yourself…) and some of questions about how you master this courses. Also, any questions you want to ask.
