The interviewing process is overkill. 1st interview was a phone screen. 2nd interview was in person with 2 “senior” level managers who’ve been there since its been opened. After the 2nd interview I was told that there would be another interview with the director! had I known that I never would’ve agreed to the interview. The misfortune thing about this situation(a waste of my time) is that apparently the higher ups don’t seem to value these 2 “senior” managers decision making when it comes to hiring. Normalize 1 to 2 interviews especially if it’s not for a director role itself.
