The first time slot, the person completely forgot. So we scheduled it for another day later in the day. We spoke for an hour. I felt it went well, but never heard anything. Waste of time.

Dynamic and intense. They already know you've got the skills for the job if they have invited you in for an interview so it's more like a personality test to see if you're a good fit for the company.
