Originally the process was set as 4 stage interview one. I attend to all 4 interviews. First one was with HR. Second technical with theoretical problem solving and Java specific. Third one with the QA manager. Fourth one was with Product Manager. After 4th interview I received positive feedback, but after 4 hours of meetings they are still not sure to hire someone and there was a demand of performing the 5th interview. I raised my concerns about that we agreed on 4 stages (which is quite long) and the decision should be already made. After two days I got an information that position was moved to another country. Company has the habit of wasting time for the potential candidates. I strongly advice to think twice if you want to start the process there.
