      Entrevista

      I applied online and heard back from the recruiter about a week later. The first step in the process is to tune into a remote info session presentation with the recruiter and a few other employees. The second step in the interview process is a two-part take-home assignment. One part is a mock email sent to "members" and the other part is a mock phone call with an employee acting as a member. At the end of the call they told me I would hear back with a response from the recruiting team in 1-2 business days. Well, 10 days later I had to email the recruiter kindly asking for an update and was told that I would not be a good fit for the position. My one piece of advice is to be prepared for interview questions at the end of your mock phone call! I solely focused on preparing for the mock call questions because there was no mention of it being an actual phone screening interview call. So I was extremely caught off guard when they asked me behavioral/interview questions at the end.

      The interview was a cattle call experience. We all waited 10+ minutes after the interview start time before the HR guy showed up. Someone asked, "Is this a group interview?" The reply was not. But it really is a group interview. After an introduction to the company and a tour, which was all well and good, they separate you into rooms with another candidate. They assure you that you're not competing with anyone though. You sit down at a table that's got two glasses of water because that's much more environmentally friendly than bottles. One wonders if the glasses were washed and if the on-ice water was shipped upon already. I did fine and got called back. Another older guy (40+) and like perfect industry experience for the job got rejected. He was a normal looking guy and nice enough too. Go figure. So maybe don't even bother if you have call center and healthcare experience? At least not if you're older.

We expanded into the Salt Lake City market in early last year and officially opened our new Customer Experience Center of Excellence in Lehi, in September of 2019. Since then, we’ve grown a very diverse population of over 170 employees. Industry experience is only one of many criteria that we review during our interview process, and we base our hiring practices on identifying the most qualified individual for the role, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
