This is the 3rd time getting a phone call from an Native Indian speaking agent, I won't mention the other agencies. I was told that she found my resume over at monster.com and there's a job that matches my background. To make the long story short, they ask for my SSN, DOB, and home address, which I think is kind of strange asking for my DOB first of. This alone was fishy, no legit potential employers would ask for your DOB, because this could consider as an age discrimination. So beware of this company or do they even exist?
