It was a typical process. The interviewers seemed lukewarm from the start, and it was pretty clear they didn't see me as a strong fit, but that's okay. Not every process ends with an offer. The standout was HR communication. The number of companies that ghost candidates after long interview processes is shocking and frustrating, so it was refreshing to work with HR folks who actually followed up as promised.
