I applied online and received an invite within a week. In total, I had 4 interviews over 6 weeks. It was a slow process. Upon completing the 4th, and final interview (over the 6 week span) I was ghosted. I emailed the HR rep 3 times after the final interview looking for decision timelines and still have not heard anything. I found this to be quite unprofessional for a company that claims "caring" as one of their core values, especially since they are a highly visible consumer company. Overall, the interviews were simple and straight forward conversations about my experiences, however, I never once got the feeling that they were excited about me. Instead, the interactions with HR and the hiring manager felt like I should feel lucky to work for such a company. Overall not a great experience and I felt disrespected not to get a final answer either way after committing so much time.
