It was a quick process, I met with a few members of the team individually. The entire process from application to decision took less than a month. Most interview questions were about my background and relevant experience. Very conversational in nature.

I am applying to Colgate Palmolive in Brasil (as a former employee of Colgate Venezuela). At the moment I participated in only one interview. It was a very friendly interview with an HR Manager and the HR VP, were I had the opportunity of talking about my career, why I came to Brazil and my expectations
