Very impersonal interview. The interviewers read behavioral STAR format type questions from a packet from HR and wrote answers down or typed them on a computer. In most of the answers I gave, I always explained the result of the situation/task, but the interviewer kept asking at the end what the result was when I had already told her. They seemed nice and I really wanted the job, but the interviewers were just so focused on writing down what I was saying, I couldn’t connect and eventually just felt uncomfortable. I just felt like I was only being tested. They also never got back to me even after I emailed them afterwards and they replied and said they would let me know. I always find this rude and unprofessional especially because they easily are able to reach out to schedule an interview, but following up after that they just don’t care and leave you hanging there. I wish HR and interviewers these days treated people like they are people, not test subjects.

straight forward, I had four rounds. One was in a virtual video submission then with the hiring manager, then the director, and finally with HR. A lot of behavioral questions

Was a tele-interview with hr-rep and members of the team. Was about an hour long and was a question and answer based interview with some options for story telling. No option for in person interview

Entrevista
I applied for position and a few days later got an email from HR for screening interview. I suggest my availability and interview was scheduled on my first availability. One day after I saw an email showing my interview time has changed without any notice or asking about my availability. Since it already conflicted my schedule I wrote HR and asked if this is true. He confirmed the change and asked me if this works for me. Of course it did not and I kindly asked to reschedule on my next availability. In a few minutes my interview was cancelled and HR ghosted. I searched the company and had positive opinions about it. Now I need to rethink about it. This is not the way to treat prospective employees.
