Web interview through Greenjobs & then Google Hangouts. Watched a few videos on Greenjobs on how the interview process was going to be and answered a few questions. After that first stage, the second interview was with a Manager through Google Hangouts.

It was about 45 minutes long with both of us first introducing ourselves, then moving on to the actual interview part. There were 4 start questions total with others being more straight forward

The interviews were very laid back and very chill. Be yourself, and you will do well in the interview. Make sure you are passionate about the company and that your goals align with their culture.
It was a two-step process

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend who was currently interning at Colgate at the time. HR rep contacted me and I was invited to do an online interview recording. The questions were very basic relating to qualifications and interest in the position. After, I was invited to do a virtual interview with a hiring manager.
