Was a group Interview. We just sat down and got introduced to the Team Members. We had the Line Manager, Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. We had to introduce ourselves and then the Managers told us morw about the role and what we should expect etc.

Was invited to select a time for a store walk-around. Then at the interview, we walked around the entire store whilst the manager explained the different departments, minimal questions were asked, and it felt really casual.

Took me out the back, it was a group interview however the manager took us into a room one by one, to go through our experience, hours, and availabilities as well as the job requirements.
before the interview we waited out the front of reception and let them know we were there it was a group interview they ask questions one by one, after that they brought us out back and got us to write down our avalability.
