It was a really long and drawn out process. I had three 30min-1hr interviews over the course of a couple weeks and then the final interview was 4 hours over 2 days with about 8 different people so basically 6 more 30 min interviews and a final presentation with 6 people. I've never experienced a company that was that demanding for a jr level role. They also have these interviews called bar raisers with people from different unrelated departments who have veto power in the hiring process, seems a bit unnecessary, especially since you're made aware of this upfront. The real issue here was that the interviewers all asked me the same exact questions. It would be one thing to go through these 10 interviews if they all asked different questions but to put a candidate through that to make them repeat themselves over and over again was so ridiculous.

I had an initial call with the recruiter and then 2 follow up interviews with the hiring manager and the rest of the team I would be working with. The final interview was a presentation of my recommendations for a scenario and data set that was provided to me a week before.
