Only made it to a phone screen interview just like a normal hiring process. However, there is no follow-up email since then. I personally sent few emails to ask the HR but got no reply. I thought the HR or hiring manager is on leave for vacation or something so I gave them time, but it took too long and I think my emails are ignored. Previously I walked thru the Glassdoor interview reviews, some candidates complained about the unpleasant interview process just like mine, I don't believe it until I experienced one. Hiring process: Phone Screen -> Technical Interview with hiring manager -> Take home assessment -> Behavioural Interview. based on what HR told me

The company does not respect the candidate. I had an interview with a HR person and I checked if it is possible to accelerate the interview process since I have other pending offer. He told me that he would check with the hiring manager and get back to me. I waited 10 days without any update so I followed up with an email, I never receive any reply either. Note: There were multiple people in the email thread, it's least likely my email did not deliver (unless ALL people in the email thread left the company at the same time)
