I went through a phone screening, HR interview, case study, and the final round interview with the hiring managers but was ghosted afterwards. I reached out a couple times but never heard back despite interviewing with them for ~3 weeks. I understand everyone is busy, but it would have been nice to have even gotten a short rejection email or quick phone call instead of nothing.
