I have attended interview with CTS 2 times. First attempt was in September 2014, I have cleared 3 technical rounds and faced a project manager round. PM asked "why you want to join CTS" then PM round over. I left for the day.
In 2nd attempt, I attended in December'2015, they had GWT requirement (that informed), at 9.30 and they started at 10 (Worst management - they don't even took your profile or mix up with other technologies-you have to follow up / take care your profile) after 2 technical rounds PM (his name is Vikas) asked technical cum lead queries. I have answered for everything (given with examples) he was happy to offer and same thing informed me and sent for HR round it was around 4pm and HR asked compensation details and Notice Period (even same thing covered with PM as well) and informed me that will finalize and offer on next business days. I have followed with consultancies but not received offer. It seems CTS is conducting fake interviews.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
