Was through , more about previous experience and attitude. interview process was all about previous challenges and lessons learnt. Delivery management especially Risk management was a key part on the interview process.
R1 - HR-Recruiter
R2a&b - Team Round ( can be split in to two, Technical and subject related)
R3 - Manager Round ( Mostly high level and behavioural)
R4 - In person Round ( Can be optional)
R5 - HR- Manager (Salary discussion & start date)
Multiple round process with technical and functional round of interviews.
Involving 3 rounds of technical interviews with senior directors and AD.
HR round for offer discussion with very lengthy process of background checks and verification

Entrevista
Seamless and very transparent. HR is very coordinated with timely communications. Transparency in salary and benefits is good. The process is also timely and don’t take a longer period. Overall a good interview process
