Digital Nurture program has some learning modules. After completed from all the modules test,they conducted a interview. They are 2 types,base 1 and base 2. Base 2 is advanced learning who cleared a base2 test ,they will learn a base2 learning modules. Who failed a base 2 test and they should continue with base 1 learn module. The difference between the base 1 is medium level learning but base 2 is advanced level learning. If base 2 candidate cleared all the test and they will have interview, if they did a interview very well,the candidate has selected for 6.5lpa (genc next).I am from base 1. I was selected for genc elevate (4lpa).

The process consisted of face-to-face technical rounds that rigorously tested Core Java fundamentals, System Design basics, and Web Technologies. The interviewer specifically focused on Docker containerization and the differences between Local and Session Storage.
