Entrevista
The process involved 3 rounds. The first round was aptitude and some program questions. It was fairly easy. The next 2 rounds took place on the CTS campus. The second round was a technical interview. The interviewer asked some questions from the OOPS concept and SQL. Some basic questions about web applications and windows applications. I was not able to answer just one question. A few questions were from the things I mentioned in my resume. The last round was HR interview, they asked some personal questions. Some questions about the company and the title of my job. After a few days, I got the result and i was selected.
The interview process had three rounds, and each stage went smoothly. The technical discussion, system design review, and HR conversation were all comfortable and positive. Overall, the experience felt structured, professional, and encouraging.
