Interview process was smooth.
Salary Negotiation was never an option. I had to move from current organization.
You need to Negotiate well, else you will regret later.

I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.

I successfully completed all rounds, but after the technical round, I did not receive any further update or email from the company Cognizant Technology Solutions
