After applying to this role two times in the span of a couple months, I had a disappointing experience with both interactions. The first time, I received an email from their talent acquisition group to schedule an HR screening call. I replied promptly and confirmed an appointment with their recruiter, but was ghosted and did not receive any follow-up. Moving on, I reapplied to this position within a couple months and received a HR screening call from a different recruiter. After a brief conversation, I was informed that a follow-up email would be sent within 1-2 weeks containing the next steps in the hiring process. I never received any response even after following up.

Applied -> Recruiter Screen -> Technical Interview It was mostly behavioral interview where they asked about challenging situations, communicating with other teams and how would you react to the co workers problems or difficult situations.
