Interview process was simple: applied online, then 2 phone interviews and an onsite interview. Final interview was online. I got a partial offer but later found that the position was not even budgeted for. They were reluctant about any relocation/ sign on bonus or as a matter of fact even for negotiating the pay. Most of the questions were about past work with few white board test questions. Advice For management: Please before starting the interview process make sure its budgeted for and if you retract the job offer please don't call previous/ current employers for reference checks.
