I wanted to share my concern regarding the hiring process. After my selection, the documentation procedure itself took an entire week, and I was informed that the offer letter would be released soon. However, after waiting another week, I was informed that the hiring has been put on hold.
Later, the HR informed me that the company is no longer hiring and the offer letter will not be generated. What was more concerning is that there was no clear communication throughout the process, and even the HR was unsure about the next steps or procedure.
As a candidate, investing time, effort, and hope into a process that ends so abruptly without transparency is extremely frustrating. Better planning and honest communication would help candidates avoid unnecessary waiting and uncertainty. This experience has left a very unprofessional impression of the recruitment process.
I understand that internal situations can change, but the prolonged waiting period without clear communication has made it difficult for me to plan my next steps. I have been waiting for weeks solely for the offer letter, and there has been no definite timeline or transparency regarding the process.
I would appreciate an honest update on whether this position is likely to move forward or if I should consider other opportunities. Clear communication would really help candidates like me avoid uncertainty.
