1 st level Technical discussion (Telephonic), managerial discussion on skype , then salary negotiation by HR on telephonic conversation. It was a very smooth process and difficulty level is average.
I was being hired for an position at a client site. Hence the interview was primarily conducted by the client.
My resume posting was found on a job site and was contacted by a company recruiter.

The interview process required me to write pseudo code. While the questions were not extremely complicated they tested the basic concepts of programming very well.

Lof of technical questions, asked the package i wanted. Only phone screen. Had interview in the previous year and only got the offer next year. Asked me to join within 1 month.
