They called me twice on alternate days for technical interview though I was told that even the HR round will be done on the same day. Then they called me again for HR round and discussed my salary and then I had to give an assessment. Then after a day I was told that what my agreed CTC would be. But they didn't release my offer letter and said that that they are awaiting some approval. After few days, they said there will be another interview. All my interviews went really good. But I was kept on hold for another 3 weeks saying that they will take me but they have confusions going on and then finally after so many followups, the consultant told me that they are not taking me. It was simply a waste of my time.

First I was contacted by the HR for confirming the availability.
Later, a Zoom invite was sent through message.
I joined the zoom meeting , and the interviewer (Manoj Kumar) was so aggressive and rude.
I had never expected/experienced such a mean, third rated attitude/behaviour from such a reputed company hiring person.
Conversations like :
Turn on your camera let me see your Face.
What have you studied in your engineering ?
What you know about networking?
If you don’t know then go google it..
What kind of work have you done in your previous organisation.
You have such a cheap and wrong practices followed.
What are the ETL tools used ?
If I don’t know the answers, the professional way is to make the candidate to brush up or if not then he can ask the HR to convey his result.
But, Inspite of telling so many times that he was rude and harsh, he was persistent in thrusting his points.
I wanted to use to many abuses to such a mannerless person, yet behaving more professional by giving out the accurate words used in the interview process.
If I had known him outside of this process, then it would have been different
Verbal harassment.
Completely Spoiling the name of the organisation.
Strict and harsh actions needs to be taken on him.
