Interview was quite blunt with one of the panel members (very senior person) asking me about what challenges you anticipate and how would you overcome them. I narrated to them my accomplishments in my current job and applied some of the scenarios that related to the new job. The interview went for an hour and was grilling - the panel was quite knowledgeable and probed deeply into the situations / circumstances i cited.
