I had a Skype interview first with the Seattle team which was great. The in person interview included the Seattle team as well as the president of the Anchorage office. He wore a tshirt with holes in it and a baseball cap. The interview consisted of him talking the entire time and bragging about himself and the company he's built. His phone was not on silent and was going off the entire time. I didn't actually have to answer any questions or really talk at all. I had to work hard to get a word in. It was a very strange interview, but I did get the job.
