First telephone interview with the HR recruiter. Lovely conversation, at ease, felt comfortable from the beginning. Afterwards face-to-face interview with the same lady. It didn't really have the feels of an actual interview, she is a very nice person and it was a nice chat. She listened to my wishes and needs and talked about the different possible positions instead of pushing me towards one specific job.
