I enjoyed the process. It included 5 parts:
1. Cover letter.
I think the success chances of this one are the least. To improve your selection, one needs to have a good influence on the WordPress community. Publishing WordPress plugins and themes are a great way to showcase your expertise.
2. Technical exam
In this step, you are given a technical task that could be building a plugin or designing a website. You will have 1 week to complete the task. Try to do it with the highest quality.
3. Behavioral interview & live coding test
This step would happen on Google meet and they would test your language, personality, and coding. Some WordPress, HTML, PHP and JS questions will be asked.
4. The Codeable Academy exam
In this step, you will need to learn how Codeable works and how to deal with customers. I think this is the reason why Codeable is so different from other Freelancing sites, Codeable experts not only have technical skills but behavioral as well.
