Unprofessional. Unprepared. I was early, meeting began late. We were interrupted multiple times throughout our interview by people mistaking the room for being reserved, as well as the interviewers constantly checking the time and their watch. Makes the experience entirely unproductive, 30 minute interviews - 10 minutes for starting late, - 10 minutes of interruptions, - 5 minutes of intros leaves a worthless 5 minute interview. Then, as they are getting up and looking at their watch again, they will ask you if you have any questions as they are running out the door. Ha, no, I have no questions.
